Eskan Bank concluded its "Kafaat" training program, which lasted for six months in cooperation with the Central Bank of Bahrain, to qualify and empower Bahraini university graduates. During the program, the graduates rotated through the Bank's main departments and supporting divisions, in addition to participating in training courses that qualified them to acquire comprehensive and essential skills and experience. This is part of the Bank's efforts to activate its social responsibility towards developing future leaders and preparing them to enter the labor market. The program comes in line with the Central Bank of Bahrain's policy in support of the development of the financial services sector, financial technology sector, and the Bank's keenness to develop Bahraini cadres in this field.

In this regard, Eskan Bank’s General Manager Dr. Khalid Abdulla stressed the Bank's interest in this type of training program in order to develop performance efficiency and draw up future career plans for graduates, and prepare them to enter the labor market, which will lift the national human resources in general in the local economy. He pointed out that this initiative is in line with the Bank's constant commitment to empower youth and invest in promising local talents, as part of its contributions under its social responsibility towards the community, and the keenness of the Central Bank of Bahrain and the Bahrain Banks Association to heed these training programs for national development.

The implementation of the "Kafaat" program comes within the framework of the Bank's interest in developing the scientific skills of new graduates from different specializations in order to develop national labor and prepare qualified Bahraini cadres to meet the Bank's current and future needs, and to implement the Bank's strategic plans aimed at ensuring the continuity of contributing to the supply of the rapidly growing banking sector with the necessary human resources.
